What happens during our initial Skype meeting?

Prior to our initial Skype meeting, I will send you some “new client paperwork,” have you fill it out and then send it back to me. During our initial meeting, we will review and discuss this paperwork along with what you’re hoping to achieve. This is also a great time for us to get to know each other and for you to ask any additional questions!

What do you mean by “daily check-ins?”

I know that “daily” can sound a little scary, but I ensure you, it’s not that bad! At the beginning of the day, you’ll receive an email reminding you of what your habit is for the day. Then, at the end of the day, all you have to do is check off whether you completed that habit or not. In addition to checking off the habit, there are some days where you’ll be asked additional questions like “how is this program going for you?” and your responses will be sent directly to me for me to read!

What do you mean by “weekly or bi-weekly follow ups via Skype (or email)?”

Throughout your program I want to make sure that you are staying on track. Even though you’ll receive daily reminders about your habits, I believe that all of my clients should also still have some face-to-face time with a real coach. This will be your time to let me know what’s working for you and what’s not working. Some habits will be easier than others, so this is a good time for you to let me know what you need a little more support with. I also understand that not everyone has the time or even wants to schedule face-to-face time, therefore I also give the option of email follow ups.

Do I need to be cleared by a doctor to do this program?

I am a vegetarian, vegan, or follow another specific diet, can you still coach me?

Yes! Absolutely. This program is tailored for each individual client. I have also been a vegetarian multiples times and am currently a vegan.

How am I billed?

What if I decide this program is not for me?
